Business Name: The Ariah Network
By purchasing any digital products, educational content, or enrolling in training programs offered by The Ariah Network, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to this legally binding Store Policy.
1. Programs, Products & Access
The Ariah Network provides education and training in Social Media Management, Content Editing, and Digital Strategy, including but not limited to:
• Social Media Management Training
• Content Editing & Reels Education
• Digital resources, templates, guides, and recorded trainings
• Community-based learning and mentorship (where applicable)
All programs are delivered digitally.
Lifetime Access:
Once enrolled, customers receive lifetime access to purchased content unless otherwise stated. Lifetime access refers to access for as long as the program and platform are actively maintained by The Ariah Network.
2. Enrolment & Pricing
Program enrolment fee: £250 GBP (one-time payment)
All pricing is listed in GBP and applies to UK-based customers unless otherwise specified.
Enrollment includes access to all materials released within the program. Some content may be released progressively to support effective learning and implementation. Not all materials may be available on the first day of access.
3. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers.
All sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered under any circumstances.
Failure to complete payment will result in denied or revoked access.
4. Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to proprietary materials:
• All purchases are non-refundable
• Failure to access, review, or complete content does not qualify for a refund
Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in:
• Immediate and permanent removal from all The Ariah Network programs
• Revocation of lifetime access
• Possible legal action to recover fees, damages, and administrative costs
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All materials provided by The Ariah Network are protected intellectual property.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Videos, recordings, tutorials, templates, worksheets
• Educational documents, strategies, and frameworks
• Community discussions and written materials
You may not:
• Share, copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce content
• Use materials to create competing or derivative products
• Provide access to non-paying third parties
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Ariah Network provides education, tools, and guidance only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, client acquisition, or growth.
Results depend on individual effort, implementation, consistency, and external factors beyond our control.
7. Conduct & Community Standards
Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Harassment, misconduct, false claims, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Email Sign-Up & Interest List
Program enrollment is coming soon.
Those interested are encouraged to join the email list to receive early access, launch details, and program updates.
Joining the mailing list does not guarantee placement and does not constitute enrollment.
Final Agreement
By purchasing or enrolling with The Ariah Network, you confirm that you:
• Have read and understood this Store Policy
• Agree to all pricing, payment, and access terms
• Acknowledge lifetime access terms as defined
• Waive the right to refunds and chargebacks
