Thank you for choosing The Ariah Network. By booking our Social Media Management, Videography, or Content Creation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and collaborative experience for all clients.

Booking, Deposits & Payment

All services require either full payment upfront or a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the delivery of any final content, including edited video, photography, graphics, or scheduled social media assets.

Monthly packages: for ongoing social media management, content creation, or branding services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Package scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules will be agreed upon at the time of booking or contract signing.

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery, paused services, or termination of the agreement.

Social Media Management Services

Social media management services include only the platforms, deliverables, posting frequency, and responsibilities outlined in your agreed package or contract.

Content calendars, captions, analytics, and posting schedules are created based on information, assets, and approvals provided by the client. Delays in feedback, approvals, or content submission may impact posting timelines and do not constitute a breach of service.

While strategy and best practices are applied, results such as follower growth, engagement, reach, or sales cannot be guaranteed, as platform performance is influenced by factors outside our control.

Videography & Content Creation Services

All session times include setup and pack-down. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the booked duration allows sufficient time for production.

Edited content will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at booking. Requests for expedited or rush delivery may incur additional fees.

Creative direction is discussed in advance; however, final edits will reflect The Ariah Network’s creative style and professional standards unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Policy

We respect both your time and ours.

Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and the session will be cancelled without refund or rescheduling.

If notice of delay is provided, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Additional time required will be billed as overtime and is subject to availability.

Travel

Travel within London is included in standard bookings.

For locations outside London or for international projects, additional travel and accommodation costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

For one-off bookings, rescheduling requests made fewer than five (5) days before the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. An additional 25% of the total booking fee will be required to secure a new date.

If The Ariah Network must reschedule, both parties will communicate in good faith to arrange an alternative date. In such cases, 10% will be deducted from the final balance as a goodwill gesture. If no alternative date can be agreed upon, the deposit will be fully refunded.

For monthly clients, rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled or missed with less notice will not be refunded, credited, or rolled over.

Copyright & Usage Rights

All content created by The Ariah Network, including video footage, photography, graphics, captions, written materials, and creative assets, remains the intellectual property of The Ariah Network in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 2026

Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use delivered content for branding, marketing, and social media purposes as outlined in their agreement.

Raw footage, unedited files, project files, and unused content remain the property of The Ariah Network unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Ariah Network reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless a written request is submitted prior to project commencement.
