Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms relating to payments, deposits, and refunds when booking services with The Ariah Network ("we", "us", "our"). By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with The Ariah Network. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of enquiry. This deposit covers the reservation of your shoot date, pre-production planning, and any preparation carried out on your behalf prior to the session.

Please note: All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Remaining balance

The remaining balance of your total package fee is due in full prior to or on the day of your shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in your booking being cancelled without a refund of your deposit.

3. Cancellations by the client

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@theariahnetwork.co.uk. The following terms apply:

· Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation is made
· Any balance paid beyond the deposit may be considered for credit toward a future booking at our discretion
· Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot date will forfeit any balance paid in full

4. Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your booked date and are subject to availability. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date on a one-time basis only. Any further rescheduling will require a new deposit.

5. Cancellations by The Ariah Network

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund of all payments made, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

Outside of a cancellation by The Ariah Network, we do not offer refunds on completed services or delivered content. If you have a concern about the quality of your deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
