2. Our services
We offer the following services:

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
3. Agreements and proposals
All services are provided under a written agreement, proposal, or retainer contract agreed between us and the client. These Terms form part of that agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement, the specific written agreement shall take precedence.
4. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work begins

The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final files are delivered

Retainer packages are invoiced monthly in advance

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date

Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
5. Revisions and amendments
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you before any additional work begins.
6. Client responsibilities
To allow us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

Provide all required materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner

Ensure that any content, images, or materials you supply do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

Obtain any necessary permissions or licences for materials provided to us

Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines, and we accept no liability for such delays.
7. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables created specifically for you become your property. The Ariah Network retains the right to:

Display completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and on our social media channels as examples of our work, unless you request otherwise in writing

Retain ownership of any preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused designs
Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of The Ariah Network.
8. Confidentiality
We will treat all information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where it is necessary to deliver our services (for example, sharing assets with a platform or tool we use in your project).
9. Cancellation and refunds
If you wish to cancel a project:

Cancellation must be made in writing to info@theariahnetwork.co.uk

Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be charged at our standard rate

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

For retainer agreements, 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from our services

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant project or service

We are not responsible for the performance of third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn) or changes to their algorithms or policies
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

By using our website, you agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the website without our written permission

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time without notice.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
